Ski mountaineering is allowed during the day one hour after sunrise and one hour before sunset, in the ski mountaineering areas listed green on the map below. Ski touring is permitted from 15.12. until 30.4.
Attention to the seasonal closure of the trail in the section Chata M.R. Štefánik — Ďumbier (following the winter pole marking) — in the period without a continuous snow cover with a thickness of at least 15 cm.
